Refunds

  • Undelivered orders (after 60 days for international, 45 days for U.S.)
  • Damaged/incorrect items (proof required)
• Non-refundable:
  • Delivered orders (tracking shows “delivered”)
  • Subscription fees (except where legally required)

4. Prohibited Uses
